Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are determined and based on agreements and acknowledgements between you and the listing owner. Should the owner not abide by our terms of use, by falsifying a listing or by providing images that are not representative of the current state of a listing posted, you shall receive a full refund. In no case shall Book-Experiences be responsible for any wrong doing committed by a listing owner. Listing owners are and will be responsible for any re-booking charges and convenience fees incurred as a result of a customer re-booking or cancellation. For every re-booking or cancellation as a result of a misrepresentation or falsification of a listing, there will be a 7.6% charge against the listing owners future earnings on the book-Experiences platform. Sometime the listing owner maybe required to pay the 7.6% of the total cost of the listing right away, in order for Book-Experience to assist with finding a customer immediate accommodation. Our hope is that, this will not ever happen on our platform, and that our users will always do the proper due diligence when booking. If you have to request a a live video of a listing please do. And please report any suspicious activity or any activity that you might deem inappropriate or fraudulent.
